We got our system installed yesterday. Given the rain we had our appointment rescheduled but the team were prompt at communicating this with us and reorganizing an alternative date. The installation team were professional, arrived on time and left the site nice and clean. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone who is looking into installing solar. After receiving a bunch of dodgy looking quotes from internet 'pop-up' ads for solar companies, I made the decision to engage Macarthur Solar. Yes, they were a little bit more expensive than the others but you get what you pay for in life. The quality of products supplied and the level of service from the team was second to none. 32 panel job completed in one day, which even included Mat driving to source additional roof tiles that were no longer in production. The boys then replaced some of my old cracked roof tiles, for which I am greatly appreciative. Absolute professional and courteous team. Arrived on time, left the job spotless. Could not ask for better. Don't waste your time and money with anyone else.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n

Macarthur Solar just installed a 13.26kW solar system to replace our 11 year old system. Can\u2019t recommend this company highly enough. A representative actually came to our house to explain and quote. Communication has been excellent from start to finish. Price was a bit higher than half way between other quotes but service & communication were outstanding. Highly professional, no subcontractors, reliable, left no mess at all, efficient removal of old system and quick installation of new system. Friendly, informative, well mannered and well presented workers. Don\u2019t waste time shopping around for quotes from pushy salesmen. After a fairly dodgy experience with a door to door solar salesman, I ended up searching the solar quotes website to find answers and quotes to compare to the door to door guy. After requesting some quotes through the website, Macarthur Solar was recommended as one of the installers in my area.
\nOf the 3 installers that were recommended, Macarthur Solar was by far the best company when it came to communication and were the only company to send a solar tech out to check how the install would actually take place prior to quoting.
\nThe quote I received for my solar system was very reasonable with premium equipment installed. The install was completed by a professional in house team in a day and was installed earlier than expected.
\nI would highly recommend Macarthur Solar to anyone looking to get a solar solution designed for their house, special note to Tim and Paul for a great overall experience.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n

Macarthur Solar is an experienced team. Matthew was very knowledgeable and thorough with the site visit and what was going to be in the quote. They use quality panels and inverters. The analysis of previous bills was well thought through and they were prompt letting us know about installation times. The team to install turned up on time, were very good, worked efficiently and told us what was going on all the time. They cleaned up the site and informed us on how to install and use the app and ironed out a problem with communication with the app quickly. Would recommend these guys to anyone. The team did a top notch installation despite the interruptions of wet weather. The North, East & West Hyundai panels look great on our roof. The Fronius inverter was neatly installed in a covered location . The team provided excellent after-sale services with the online monitoring set-up and the upgrade of our old analogue power meter.<\/p>\n

Macathur Solar have been fantastic. The guys answered any and every question we asked nothing was to hard or silly to ask. They were very helpful. We had a problem with our internet and they came straight out to help reset our machine it just needed rebooting but we had no idea how to do it but they came and fixed it that day. The pre-sales support:
\nI spent a considerable amount of time with Paul and asked all the questions I could think\u00a0 of, they were all promptly answered and put me at ease that these guys knew their stuff.<\/p>\n

Install day:
\nA few weeks later (always communicated by Paul) a team turned up on schedule, with flawless execution they had the panels up and running without us even knowing they were here, not only\u00a0 were they efficient but friendly, polite and above all treated my home like it was theirs and made sure nothing was damaged, dirtied or taken out of place. At the end of the day and the install we\u00a0 would not have known any work was done if not for the panels on the roof and the inverter neatly in the garage.<\/p>\n

The panels:
\nPaul suggested Hyundai panels and a Fronius inverter, and my goodness was he on the money. First day and a gorgeous Sydney day the panels produced 40kw of power, absolutely incredible for a 6.6kw system. And in typical Sydney fashion, day 2 was overcast all day and gloomy, yet with no sun we still got 2-3kw per hour all day which covers our usage and plenty left.<\/p>\n

The inverter with built in wifi is a great way to monitor the power production and efficiency and its fun.<\/p>\n

Overall we are extremely happy with the install and Macarthur Energy. Its a competitive and confusing market in Solar but these guys just made it all to simple. Highly recommended.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n
